stress relieving:

           stress-relief heat treatments probably are the most common heat treatments given to the broad
classes of titanium and titanium alloys.Titanium and its alloys can be stress relieved without adversely
affecting strength or ductility.
           stress relief treatments decrease the undesirable residual stresses that results from:
     *Nonuniform hot forging deformation
     *Nonuniform cold forming and straightening
     *Asymmetric machining of plate or forgings

laminate:

       laminates used in PCB manufacture,whether rigid or flexible are created in two primary forms:single
clad and double clad laminates.they are also produced in a number of different thicknesses to faciliate the
manufacture of pcb with different thickness requirements and for the construction of multiplayer circuits,the
laminate is commonly referred to as a core material.

pallets:

      pallets and pallet systems have greatly increased the number of individual parts that can be machined.
these systems, while widely used with newer machining centers,are available for older centers as well.the
two major forms of pallet system are manual and automatic.
     manual pallet systems usually reauire the machine operator to perform  the pallet chanchover.automatic
pallet systems conversely work  in conjunction with the machine tool,which loads and unloads them automatically.in either case the use of pallets has greatly reduced the time required to change from one operation to the other.

 hard coating:

    industrially used har coatings like TiCN, are deposited  by reactive PACVD using halegenoids as precursors.pulsed power generators with frequencies(1-100)kHz are used.If halegonoids,e.g. TiCI4,are used then the corrosion effect of HCI requires  anti corrosive systems and wasting of the reaction gas in the exhaust.
