JSA:

the solution to reducing lead times and simplifying the planning process. After sharing the results with all of the companies in the supply chain, the sales company and finished goods company agreed to work jointly. They began by implementing a joint service agreement that outlined their mutual roles in managing the supply chain and specified the performance standards guiding each party.

overdamping:

overdamping decreases systolic and increases diastolic pressures, resulting in an inacurate
PAP measurement.Overdamping can be the result of air bubbles in the tubing, clots at the tip
of the catheter, or a partially occluded or kinked catheter. flushing the catheter should generate
a very high pressure reading followed by a rapid fall in pressure or overshoot after the flush is
stopped.the absence of a sharp decrement in the pressure reading and lack of overshoot should
raise the suspicion of an inappropriately dampened catheter.

 sealing:

the porous aluminum oxide can be sealed by hydratian which swells the amorphous oxide.
sealing of sulfuric acid anodiezed surfaces is done in hot deionized wate, by using a sodium
dichromate solution or nickel or cobalt acetate solutions.sealing reduces the hardness of the
anodized film. steam sealing can be used to avoid use of nickel containing hot water to prevent
the porosity of nickel contamination in semiconductor manufacturing. for vacuum use the anodized
surface should be vacuum baked before use.to increace the  corrosion protection or lubricity of the
anodized surface, other materials can be incorporated in the porous surface.Examples are
magneplate coating to improve corrosion protection and tufram coating used to improve the frictional
properties of anodized aluminum surfaces.

arc spot welding:

there are two types of arc spot welding used on lap joints depending on whether or not the electrode
is consumable one is based on MIGT welding the other onTIG.a timer is attached to MIG or
TIG equipment alloying the process to be fired for predetermined time and the gun or torch is modified
by addition of castellated gas nozzle. this allows the welding gun to be pressed on the upper side
of the overlapping parts to be welded.A weld pool is created in this upper shheet which penetrates
across the interface and fuses with the lower member of the joint.
