At present. several foreign robot companies have realized multi-agent coordina-
tion in the automotive production line. Meanwhile, much research work about
multi-agent cooperation have been studied deeply in domestic, Qiutao [9] has pro-
posed automation Petri net model which can realize modeling analysis and sched-
uling control for welding flexible manufacturing cell center monitoring control
platform with state sensing information. The scheduling realization of arc welding
sensing process based on Petri net optimizing method is an initiation in robotic
welding flexible manufacturing cell. Piao Yonglie [8] has propounded an ap-
proach based on BDI model; this method could achieve multi-agent cooperation in
welding flexible manufacturing system. Experiment results of aluminum alloy
plate straight seam welding showed that through the cooperation between two re-
sources agents to adjust welding torch motion track in real-time, this method
meets the requirement of real-time controlling, corrects the deviation of arc length
and welding torch trajectory effectively. Maoguohong [10] took the time and color
into account, proposed TCPN model for WFMC to realize multi-agent cooperation
in intelligentied welding. This model was used for aluminum alloy fillet welding,
during the welding process, arc burning is stability, there is no conflict in the
course of system operation, system running well, no collision and interference
among agents, the abnormal phenomenon such as lack of weld, burn through and
partial penetrated weld pool did not appear throughout the process of welding.
L.X. Zhang [I7] has established the agent model for TRWS which consists of
welding robot, laser scanning welding seams tracking system, force sensor system,
welding machine system, off-line programming system, tele-operation control
human-machine interface, 2D vision system and stereo vision system, this archi-
tecture meet the requirement of real time control and the high intelligence of
TRWS. Shiyi Gao [18] has constructed a hybrid control model based on architec-
ture of multi-agent system, The production control system based on MAS im-
proved real-time characteristics and robustness of the manufacturing system.
Zhanghuajun [19] applied double robots coordination to realize double-side dou-
ble arc welding and robot automatic welding for large thick plate of high strength
steel.
